Researching Palestinian issue, NPC and CDC EL-Sharq sign an MoU


JAKARTA, PALESTINOW.COM – The humanitarian organization Nusantara Palestine Center (NPC) and the Center for Dialogue and Civilization (CDC) EL-Sharq signed an MoU of Palestinian research and studies, Monday (7/20).

The signing of the MoU took place at the NPC Headquarters on Jl. H.M.Ali, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.

NPC representative was Ihsan Zainuddin, Managing Director, CDC EL-SHARQ was represented by Muhammad Anas as Director.

Muhammad Anas said he was happy with this collaboration, where the CDC won the trust and scientific mandate of the NPC.

“We have the mandate and trust of the NPC to contribute to humanitarian work in Palestine through the study and research of Palestinian issues,” Anas said.

Anas revealed three factors of the Palestinian problem which often became an issue attracting the attention of the international and Islamic world.

These factors are the nature of the sanctity and blessing of Palestinian land, the nature of ideological and historical hostility, and the nature of the Western-Zionist allies to weaken Muslims directly from the heart of the Islamic world, Palestine, “Anas said.

Meanwhile, Ihsan Zainuddin said, this collaboration was the beginning of synergy between the NPC and CDC EL-Sharq.

Ihsan added, this study and research was expected to make NPC as a research-based institution for Palestine.

Hopefully this collaboration can build the NPC as a data reference for Palestinian issue, in addition to the NPC as a charity institution that is concerned about providing assistance and advocacy to the Palestinian people and nation,” Ihsan said.

NPC is a Palestinian institution founded by Palestinian humanitarian activist Abdullah Onim, who for decades has devoted his soul and energy for humanitarian mission in Palestine.

At present the NPC which has collaborated with local and international NGOs is concerned to provide humanitarian assistance in the form of empowering community human resources, such as sewing training for widows, Tahfizd Qur’an program, to skills training and self-development.
