Israeli troops wound more than 100 Palestinians in raid on occupied Jerusalem

Israeli occupation forces attacked dozens of Palestinian residents on Thursday during a raid on the Issawiya neighborhood of the occupied city of Jerusalem, injuring more than 100.
Local sources said Israeli forces invaded near Issawiya last night and attacked Palestinian residents by firing rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas canisters directly and intensely at them.
More than 100 Palestinian residents were injured: 17 with rubber-coated metal bullets, 95 suffocated by tear gas canisters, 11 suffered burns and 13 were wounded after being chased by the troops, two of them fractured.
The troops also detained a boy after brutally attacking him.

Soldiers wound 38 Palestinians in Beita and Beit Dajan

Israeli soldiers injured 38 Palestinians Friday during weekly processions in Beita and Beit Dajan, south and east of the northern city of Nablus in the West Bank.

Soldiers injure many Palestinians in Hebron

Israeli soldiers injured dozens of Palestinians on Friday during a protest in Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank. The soldiers also kidnapped a young man near Tulkarm.
Media sources said that after the afternoon prayers, the Palestinians marched to the Bab az-Zawiya area in the city of Hebron, singing against the continued illegal Israeli occupation, its colonialist activities and ongoing violations.

Israeli soldiers injured many Palestinians in the weekly procession on Friday in Kufur Qaddoum, east of the northern city of Qalqilya in the West Bank.
Morad Eshteiwi, the coordinator of the Popular Committee against the Annexation Wall & Colonies in Kufur Qaddoum, said Palestinians marched from the center of the city carrying Palestinian flags and chanting for an end to the illegal Israeli occupation.
He added that the soldiers attacked the protesters with rubber-coated steel bullets and dozens of gas bombs, leaving many with the effects of inhaling tear gas.

The United Kingdom will designate Hamas’s Palestinian-Islamic resistance movement as a terror organization and ban support for the group, claiming it has “significant terrorist capability”.
“Hamas has significant terrorist capabilities, including access to extensive and advanced weapons, as well as terrorist training facilities,” British Home Secretary Priti Patel said in a statement on Friday.
“That is why I acted today to ban Hamas in its entirety.”

Israeli settlers punctured the tires of at least 13 Palestinian cars at dawn on Friday in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in the occupied Palestinian capital of Jerusalem in the West Bank.
Saleh Thiab, a nonviolent activist against Israeli colonialist activities in Sheikh Jarrah, said settlers infiltrated the neighborhood at dawn and punctured the tires of 13 cars, including one with diplomatic license plates.

Soldiers invade village near Jenin

Israeli soldiers raided the village of al-Hashimiyya, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, at dawn on Friday and ransacked a house.
Local sources said the soldiers stormed and searched Khaled Hussin al-Fayed’s home, causing damage.
They added that the soldiers questioned the Palestinian and his family for several hours before leaving the site and withdrawing from the village.
In related news, the soldiers are continuing the extensive military deployment around several towns and cities in Jenin Governorate, in addition to installing roadblocks.

Israel releases body of killed Palestinian woman

The Palestinian Civil Affairs Authority reported on Friday that Israel plans to transfer the body of a Palestinian woman killed by Israeli soldiers in Jerusalem on September 30.
It said the body of Israel Khaled Khzaimiah, 30, from the city of Qabatia, south of the northern city of Jenin in the West Bank, will be handed over to the Palestinian side at 4 p.m. at a military roadblock in Salem near Jenin. Her funeral procession will take place in Qabatia at 5:00 PM.
Khzaimiah was killed near the Chain Gate leading to the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, and Israel continued to refuse to hand over her body to her family for a proper burial ceremony.
