Starving detainee moved to hospital due to serious deterioration

The Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) has confirmed that a hunger-striking detainee has been transferred from Ramla prison to Assaf Harofeh Israel Medical Center after a serious deterioration in his health.
The prosecution said Khalil Awada, 40, from the city of Ethna, west of the city of Hebron in the south of the West Bank, had started the hunger strike 64 days earlier, in protest at his continued arbitrary administrative detention without charge or trial.
The detainee demands an end to his arbitrary detention; however, there is no indication that the prison authority is willing to listen seriously to its demands.

Soldiers fire on farmland in southern Gaza

On Wednesday, Israeli soldiers fired many bullets into Palestinian farmland east of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
The soldiers, stationed at the Kissufim military base on the other side of the fence, fired numerous bullets and several gas bombs at the Palestinian territories in the al-Wad area, east of the city of al-Qarara, east of Khan Younis.

Soldiers kidnap a Palestinian near Jericho

On Tuesday evening, Israeli soldiers abducted a young Palestinian man at a military roadblock in the Northern Plains of the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) said the soldiers kidnapped Mohammad Wael Shehada after stopping him at al-Hamra’s military roadblock.
The prosecution added that Mohammad is from the village of al-Fandaqumiya, south of the northern city of Jenin in the West Bank.

Israeli soldiers kidnapped one Palestinian in Nablus and five in Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank, on Monday morning.
Several army vehicles raided the al-Ein refugee camp west of Nablus, ransacked homes and kidnapped a former political prisoner, Abdul-Rahman Walid Saleh, 26.
The soldiers also raided the town of al-Yamoun west of Jenin, ransacked houses, kidnapped Raed Salah Abu Hasan, Monir Ahmad Khamaysa and former political prisoner Maher Jamil Khamaysa.

Israeli soldiers broke retaining walls, removed fences, uprooted more than 100 olive trees and ordered the demolition of an old water reservoir in the village of Douma, south of Nablus, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
Suleiman Dawabsha, the head of Douma’s village council, said Israeli military bulldozers and military jeeps invaded the southern part of the village on the morning of the Eid al-Fitr Muslim festival before destroying 1,000 meters of retaining walls around seven dunams of olive groves and farmlands. destroyed.
Dawabsha added that the soldiers also uprooted more than a hundred olive trees planted by the Palestinians in their orchards more than 20 years earlier.
