The Palestinian Authority (PA) forces at daybreak Friday arrested three Palestinian brothers in Askar al-Jadid camp, in the northern occupied West Bank province of Nablus.

According to eye-witnesses, a PA troop stormed the camp at daybreak and kidnapped Salman Marshoud’s three sons, just four hours after the locals had celebrated the release of his fourth son, Mohamed, from Israeli jails, where he had been locked up for 12 years.

In a Thursday statement, Hamas strongly condemned such arbitrary abductions by the PA forces and the political arrests targeting Hamas leaders in the West Bank.

Hamas kept record of 1,400 violations and attacks by the PA forces during 2017.

Hamas spokesman Hazem Kasem said such violations are a stab in the back of the Palestinians and an impediment to the national reconciliation process, one of whose foundations is the rehabilitation of personal and political freedoms.
