PALESTINOW.COM — A statistical report issued by the Jerusalem Institute for Israeli and Palestinian affairs showed that the number of Jewish settlers who stormed the Aqsa Mosque in January this year tripled to 1,765 settlers compared to the recorded number in January, 2016 which was estimated at 472.
According to the report, 253 Israeli policemen along with intelligence officers broke into the Muslims’ holy site in official uniform.
The rest of the number included 322 Jewish students including Students for the Temple of Solomon and 1,181 settlers, other than 21,345 foreign tourists. (PIC)
