The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Sunday afternoon stormed Rujeib town, southeast of Nablus in the West Bank and harassed local residents.
Eyewitnesses told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that Israeli troops aboard several military jeeps entered the town from the nearby entrances of Huwara and Beit Furik, amid intensive firing of flashbang grenades.
They added that Israeli soldiers detained a group of local young men for several hours near the headquarters of the town council, checked their IDs and searched them.
No arrests were made during the IOF campaign in the town.
